Real estate agency partnerships · New Zealand
A marketing layer your competitors can't match.
Agency partnerships built around the agents you want to keep — and the ones you want to recruit. Co-branded marketing, office-level dashboards, AI-driven targeting that compounds across every campaign your branch runs.
The problem
Your top agents are building someone else's equity.
Every dollar your agents spend on portal listings buys traffic for the portal. Every buyer that engages with the listing becomes part of the portal's database, not the office's. Next listing, your agent starts from zero. Next year, when a competitor recruits them, that compounding work stays with the portal — not them, and not you.
The Agentis partnership
Audience the agent keeps. Office-wide intelligence you keep.
Co-branded campaigns publish through each agent's own social profiles. The audience pools they build sit on their account. The signal across your whole office sits in a dashboard you watch. The recruitment story changes when the marketing layer is this good.
What's included
Six things every Agentis agency partnership ships with.
- ✓
Co-branded marketing collateral
Brochures, pricing cards, listing presentations — your agency's brand alongside Agentis. Re-used by every agent in your office.
- ✓
Agency-tier pricing for every campaign
Discounted rack rate for campaigns booked through your branch. Predictable cost-per-listing for your team.
- ✓
Hands-on office onboarding
We bring the team up to speed in one session. Agents leave knowing how to use the platform, how to talk to homeowners about it, and how to win the listing pitch with it.
- ✓
Office-level dashboard
Every campaign, every agent, in one view. Pipeline, audience pool size, live engagement. Branch principals see the whole office at a glance.
- ✓
Quarterly business review
Sit down with the Agentis team quarterly. What's working, what's not, what to push on next quarter. Your patch, our signal.
- ✓
Recruitment-ready collateral
The modern marketing layer is a recruitment lever. We give you the materials to walk into a competitor's office and bring talent home.
From partnership conversation to launch
Four stages. Six to eight weeks, end to end.
- 1
Partnership conversation
We talk about your office, your top agents, your recruitment pipeline, and the marketing layer you're running today.
- 2
Pilot listing
We run one campaign with one of your agents — at agency rate — so the team can see the engine in motion before any commitment.
- 3
Office onboarding
Hands-on session for the whole team. Every agent leaves with their access, their dashboard, and the talking points for homeowner conversations.
- 4
Co-branded launch
Branded materials go live. Listing presentations, pricing cards, brochures — your brand, Agentis engine. Recruitment conversations get easier.
The recruitment lever
Talent stays. Talent comes.
The marketing layer your office offers is now part of the recruitment conversation. Top agents have started asking about it in interviews. Offering Agentis at the door — co-branded materials ready, dashboard ready — is what separates a generic offer from one that says this office takes marketing seriously.
Audience ownership compounds on the agent's own account. When a top performer joins your office, they bring marketing infrastructure with them — and have a reason to stay.
- →Agents stay because their audience pool compounds — leaving means starting from zero.
- →Agents you want to recruit lose their audience the moment they leave their current agency. You can offer something better.
- →The strategy doc on Agentis letterhead becomes a recruitment artefact — the kind of marketing layer top agents expect.
- →Office-level dashboard means you walk into a 1:1 with data, not guesses.
Common questions
What principals ask before they sign.
Who is the right person to start the conversation?
Branch principal, general manager, or whoever holds the recruitment + marketing budget. We've signed at branch level with Barfoot & Thompson Mt Eden and B&T Epsom; the conversation usually involves the principal and their second.
What does the agency partnership cost?
There's no monthly partnership fee. You pay agency-tier rack rates for the campaigns your agents book — discounted from the public rates. Co-branded collateral, onboarding, the office dashboard, and the quarterly business review are included once you're signed.
Do my agents have to use Agentis for every listing?
No. Agentis is per-listing, per-agent. Some campaigns suit it, some don't. The choice stays with the agent — we just want it to be on the menu when it's the right fit.
What about my agency's existing marketing partnerships?
Agentis is the AI-driven targeting + audience-ownership layer. It sits alongside portals, signage, print, and your existing agency-level brand campaigns. Most of our partners run it in addition to — not instead of — their current marketing.
How does this help with recruitment?
Top agents have started asking about modern marketing in interviews. Offering Agentis at the door — with co-branded materials and the dashboard ready — is the difference between a generic offer and one that demonstrates the office takes marketing seriously. Several of our partner branches have signed agents specifically because Agentis was on the table.
