Why city-by-city. A New Zealand home is rarely bought by every city at once. The offshore Kiwis most likely to buy your listing cluster in a handful of cities — Sydney, Melbourne, London. The add-on targets those pools specifically, not the entire globe.

When it makes sense. Premium coastal homes, lifestyle properties, suburb-defining listings — anywhere the buyer pool stretches beyond New Zealand. Your agent will recommend cities based on the property and recent buyer history.

Common questions

Things agents and homeowners ask before booking.

  • Only if you grant them live access to the dashboard. By default, the dashboard is yours. You choose what to share — most agents share the metrics that tell the strongest story (reach, engagement, video views) and keep the spend off-screen.

  • No. Agentis works alongside the platforms you already use. Where they reach buyers actively searching, Agentis reaches the buyers who weren't searching yet — and gives you an audience to keep retargeting on every listing that follows.

  • The buyer pools built during the campaign remain in your account. You can re-target them on your next listing, or run a follow-up campaign at a discounted rate. The asset doesn't disappear when the campaign ends.

  • Booking-form to live campaign typically takes five to seven business days, including strategy approval. We'll move faster on shorter campaigns when needed — talk to us about timing for an auction in two weeks.

  • You do. The audiences built through your campaigns are saved to your own account, not to Agentis. They're your asset, full stop. If you ever stop using us, the audiences come with you.

  • Yes. Agency partnerships include co-branded brochures, pricing cards, and a recruitment-ready marketing layer for your office. Talk to us about the partnership tier — typically signed at the branch principal level.
